Very accommodating hotel, excellent quad room, convenient location, good breakfast, efficient staff.

Everything was fantastic.

I had a great stay at this place! The location was perfect for exploring different parts of the city as it was close to the subway and many attractions. The room was really nice, especially the mini-bar and air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I even enjoyed the buffet breakfast. a great experience!

I would recommend this hotel to families due to the great amenities and services available.

Impressive reception area, well-equipped room, ideal location for Royal Albert Hall and Kensington Gardens. Helpful staff, particularly Victor on reception who provided assistance with directions. Fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of food options. Polite and friendly staff. Air conditioning and fridge were appreciated in hot weather.

The hotel was in a great location, close to many attractions and easily accessible. the staff were wonderful, providing excellent service and making us feel welcomed. the breakfast offered a good selection of food and was tasty.

The room was a bit small for a double, and lacked some basic amenities like bedside tables and a hairdryer. It would have been nice to have these conveniences for a comfortable stay.

The front entrance of the hotel was accessible for people with mobility issues, with a ramp provided for easy access. This was a great relief for me as I had to assist my wife with a walker. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, being close to Gloucester Station and the museums. We were even upgraded to a larger room to accommodate my wife's mobility issues, which was a thoughtful gesture. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided had a good variety of options. The staff at the hotel were also very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel is in an ideal location, very close to a tube station, which is perfect for exploring the city. There are plenty of great places to eat nearby, making it extremely convenient for guests. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have great amenities, making it perfect for crashing after a long day. the heating works perfectly and the breakfast is great value, allowing guests to start their day off right.

That the rooms were slightly cramped, which might present difficulty for those with mobility issues. However, for us, it didn't detract much from the overall enjoyment of the hotel.

We loved the hotel's location in the city center, just a stone's throw away from the Gloucester Rd station and close to all the major sites. The staff were friendly, efficient, and always made us feel appreciated. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious with continuously filled up hot and fresh food.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the underground station. The staff were friendly and even upgraded us to a junior suite for no extra cost. The room was spacious and spotless. The hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk to the Royal Albert Hall. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
